Ford F-150 4-Inch BDS Lift Kit

The BDS1584FPE is a complete 4-inch suspension lift package for compatible 2021-2024 Ford F-150 4WD models.

This fixed configuration combines FOX 2.5 Performance Elite DSC front coilovers with matching FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks and a 3-inch rear block setup. It is designed to improve clearance and suspension control while correcting steering and suspension geometry at the increased ride height.

The DSC adjusters allow separate high-speed and low-speed compression changes, helping the suspension adapt to different loads, road surfaces and off-road conditions.

Wheel and Tyre Compatibility

The system can provide clearance for tyres up to 35 inches with a suitable wheel and tyre combination. Trimming may be required.

Wheels must be at least 18 inches in diameter. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Factory 20-inch wheels may be suitable with tyres up to 305/60R20, subject to a complete clearance check.

Important Fitment Notes

• Does not suit diesel-powered F-150 models
• Does not suit Tremor models
• Does not suit vehicles with Continuous Controlled Damping
• Vehicles with a two-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier-bearing shim kit BDS122406
• Crash-bar modification may be required for some wheel and tyre combinations
• Professional installation, alignment and electronic-system checks are required
